Welcome to Automatix! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.
1. Ownership
Ownership is not one-size-fits-all.
Websites: Once delivered and paid in full, the site is yours. All source files, design, and structure—no recurring fees, no license games, no strings attached. Host it wherever you want. We don’t charge monthly. You own it outright.
CRMs and AI Systems: Ownership terms vary and are negotiated before the build starts. In some cases, you receive full access and control. In others, systems are hosted and maintained under our infrastructure. It depends on complexity, automation depth, and how much ongoing optimization is needed.
You’ll know exactly what you own and what’s managed before a single line is built.
2. Payments
Work begins only after the initial payment is received. No exceptions.
We offer split payment structures under our terms—never assumed, never client-defined. If agreed, these are locked in writing before any build begins. You don’t set the terms. We do.
Late payments result in immediate project pause. No chasers, no reminders. If you go quiet, the timeline does too—and that’s on you.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Websites: 2–7 days
AI Systems: 5–10 days
CRMs: 2–3 weeks
We work in sprints. You’ll see working versions fast. But we can only move as fast as your communication and access allow. You delay, we pause. Fair trade.
4. Revisions
Revision scope is agreed upfront.
Standard includes two rounds of focused, strategic revisions. Not full rebuilds. Not direction flips. You want something different mid-way? We renegotiate. You involve your cousin’s opinion? It’s billable.
We don’t shape projects around second-guessing. We ship based on clear intent.
5. Support
Post-launch support is optional. If you want long-term assistance—maintenance, updates, automation tweaks, AI tuning—we offer premium support plans. Not included by default. No assumptions. If you pay for it, it’s there. If not, you’re in charge of your own upkeep.
6. Refunds
We don’t do refunds. This is expert execution, not a retail product. You’re paying for time, skill, and systems. If we screw something up, we fix it. If you change your mind halfway through, that’s not on us.
7. Scope Creep
We stick to the agreed build. Anything outside that is quoted separately. No quiet requests, no side comments turned deliverables. You want more—we price more. Clear boundaries keep both sides sane.
8. Communication
We reply fast. You should too. If you disappear, delay replies, or stall approvals, we shift focus to other clients. That’s how agency bandwidth works. Respect the timeline if you want to keep it.
9. Data + Access
You’re responsible for providing working access to all third-party accounts (Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, etc.). Access delays = project delays. We’re not chasing login credentials or troubleshooting your forgotten passwords.
10. Legal Compliance
We don’t offer legal advice. You’re responsible for any legal compliance required in your region—GDPR, cookies, data policies, etc. We can implement the tools, but you tell us what’s required.
11. Final Delivery
When the build is complete, and the final payment clears, you get everything as agreed—files, access, walkthroughs. We may store internal backups for safety unless told otherwise. What you do next is up to you.
12. Disrespect Clause
We’re not here for drama. If you get abusive, hostile, or attempt to micromanage—project ends immediately. You lose all priority, and any owed payments are still due. We blacklist fast. No debates. No reentry.
This document is non-negotiable. If you proceed with Venlyn, you agree to all of it—clearly, permanently, and without interpretation.
